Are you looking for a safe haven? This is the place for you!
LUPC is a small, but growing, spiritual family. When you join our family you will feel like you Truly belong. You will be greeted personally by not
only members of the congregation, but by the Pastor as well! You will feel completely at home.
We are interested in Jesus and you.
Lighthouse UPC is a small, Bible believing family
Sure, we will accept financial contributions, but that is not our focus. We focus on Jesus Christ and His Word, as well as on helping you to gain a closer
relationship with Him. We want to make it to Heaven, and we want you to join us there.
Where are we?
We are centrally located in Mid-town Omaha, Nebraska, near Creighton University Hospital. We have easy access to the inter-state system, so it is
easy to get to us from anywhere in the Metro area, and to get back out again. Our address is 3402 Burt St. We are just south of Cuming Street on the
corner of 34th and Burt Streets.

What we believe:
The Bible: The Bible is the inspired and infallible Word of God. It is the sole authority for faith, doctrine, and instruction in Christian living.
Salvation: The gospel of Jesus Christ is the good news that Jesus died in our stead for our sins, was buried, and rose again to provide eternal life for
us. Salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.
Our Obedience: Saving faith involves obedience to the gospel of Christ. The proper response to the gospel is to do as scripture commands-Repent
(Romans 6:2), Water Baptism in the Name of Jesus Christ (Acts 19:2-5), and the infilling of the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:38-39).
Biblical Expressions of Worship:
If you have never had the opportunity to be in a spirit-filled service, you will discover worship that is spontaneous, joyous, demonstrative, and exciting.
In accordance with scriptural patterns, expressions of praise typically include raising of hands, clapping of hands, and vocal prayer and praise.
We welcome you to join us today!
